Declined Limit Jailbreak to 24 slots && Make a second JB server

32 players on Jailbreak is more hectic and chaotic than fun. It gets clogged and just doesn't flow as well.
24 slots would be better, with a second jailbreak server.

Bring on the dumb ratings and -1's.

It should be more doable if there actually is an admin that plays there now and then. Because "!admins" exposes the appearance of one and makes them behave. I have less issues when I'm there on my Moderatorname than I am with this temporary one. I have people appoligizing to me for getting silenced or banned in 80% of the time just because I'm a moderator. I'm not saying there has to be an admin 24/7 but it's more handy if there is an admin sneaking around sometimes when the server is full. Plus there are regular players there who know what to do, whom to contact and they know the rules (therefore know how to behave) which makes it going smoother from time to time if they are on the server. Take this from me. Just 15 minutes when it's on a high point with having issues (several reports came in). It's just an oppinion.
