Nowdays, the amount of incompetence and stupidity in ze is so high that it feels unreal. The 2 main reasons why this is a persistent problem is:
1. The quality of teams has drop to 0, making any map with minimal reading comprehension and teamwork impossible
2. Complete incompetence regading new ppl in the game regarding
A) 0 interest in helping the team and the only shit they provide is doorhugging the door even if it explodes when it opens (korea s2)
B) Regarding the item usage, they take the items with 0 idea of what they do and how to use them, taking the item as unusable or worst case scenarios is that the item user pops it in a horrible situation killing the team in the process (wind or grav items)
First with the leader role (not the one we have but a new type of role like the ones you can buy on the skial shop ingame). This could work similar to the css counterpart of ze, having this role could improve in several ways:
1. Having leaders that know how to play the game in general and lead through all the map, making the quality of leaders get really high
2. Preventing a random to get the role and being a nuisance instead of helping the team (if this one is way too hars, the solution could be making the leader roles only needing 3 vl while the non leader role needs the usual 5)
With this new role i want to proposed the idea of making the leader unmuteable by the skial command and having dictator by default (leader can turn off dictator at any time), i proposed it before and it was rejected bcs the chance of someone getting leader and being more a griefer than a leader. But thanks to the leader role being obtainable only by requesting on the website, this is no longer an issue and could potentially be consider as a good idea.
Then there is the item role. The amount of times a random with 300 ping and 0 knowledge in english taking the item and being a complete nuisance are so many that its impossible to count the times the situation has happened. With this new role, the quality of runs can improve in a massive way by:
1. Being the same as the leader role regarding the how you obtain them, only ones who have proof about their skill regarding item usage can take them. Leaving those without the role the same as a muted one (they cant take the items)
2. Making griefing with items almost impossible bcs the ones with the role have proof that they will certainly help the team
This could be a really harsh añternative bcs of how restrictive new ppl will feel, but at this point, the incompetence in the server is so high that shit like this has to be considered.
