Mildly Menacing Medic
Time: 3:15AM PST
Server: LA1 2fort
Names: Literally half the server. If someone could check it out, it'd be much appreciated.

Someone beat me to it. How do you load a demo?
Not sure what you mean by load, so:
Demos: You can record a demo by opening console and typing "Record <filename>" and to stop it, simply re-open the console and type "stop". You can then upload it to www.mediafire.com or any file sharing website. Without a demo, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ban the player, unless he already has been banned on other servers.
If you're asking where the files are saved, look in steam>steamapps>common>team fortress 2>tf

Ah, so I need to file share it through a third party. Thought there would be a way through Steam.

I gave up on the idea of screenshotting and posting a demo. By the time I get either done, it'd be too late. This would be my -fourth- time today reporting friendly-ing. In general, people are giving the excuse that "it's not in the rules, so I'm allowed to do this. I'm not griefing since I don't affect anyone since I'm being 'passive'." Anyways, it's becoming a real common thing to be seeing on 2Fort LA1.

respond to them with this...
  • Harming your team for an extended period of time.
ex. blocking sniper views, teleporter traps, refusing to help advance your teams position

Marked as "Needs Evidence". Please update thread prefixes appropriately for the other admins looking at reports.

Yes, it might be over by the time you're done, but if you actually have proof, punishment can still be dulled out after the fact. It wouldn't have helped in that instant, but they might think again before doing it in the future.
