Not sure what you mean by load, so:Someone beat me to it. How do you load a demo?
If you're asking where the files are saved, look in steam>steamapps>common>team fortress 2>tfDemos: You can record a demo by opening console and typing "Record <filename>" and to stop it, simply re-open the console and type "stop". You can then upload it to www.mediafire.com or any file sharing website. Without a demo, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ban the player, unless he already has been banned on other servers.
I gave up on the idea of screenshotting and posting a demo. By the time I get either done, it'd be too late. This would be my -fourth- time today reporting friendly-ing. In general, people are giving the excuse that "it's not in the rules, so I'm allowed to do this. I'm not griefing since I don't affect anyone since I'm being 'passive'." Anyways, it's becoming a real common thing to be seeing on 2Fort LA1.
