Yeah that's really annoying, especially when you're a prisoner.

There needs to be a Door-Death toll tracker in the map.

This was intentional to keep people from wedging themselves in the doorway and letting prisoners in.
Take it up with Drum if you feel it takes away from the map.

this is good i like it it helps weed out and separate the smart guards and the dumb ones i think it should remain a feature
