Resolved JAILBREAK BETA | NY - Players start off with ammo; and spies can go invisible

And BLU can camp in there spawn and RED can't come up because they can't hit the buttons on the elevator.
 
I would also like to add that an engi can build all buildings without problem, both on red and blu.

EDIT: These problems have only arisen on one map (the ba_chreiten_v1c map)
 
It was broken because I had the plugin activate only if the map started with ba_jail, now it has been changed to just ba_.
