im new. just joined an hour ago so idk if im supposed to post this here. i cant see npcs or certain props on some maps like the npcs on santass. can anyone help a brother out?
i've got a BIIIIIIIG problem in tf2 zombie escape. anyone got a fix?

I run into the same issue when playing the game at dxlevels lower than 90 also in the map you've mentioned. Some props can only be seen at a minimum dxlevel of 90 or higher. I haven't had the same issue with configs, but could try checking that as well.
If it is your dx level, change it with 'mat_dxlevel 90' or anything above 90 in your TF2 console while TF2 is booted up. Alternatively: right click TF2 in your library, click Properties in the dropdown, then add '-dxlevel 90' or above 90 in your Launch Options. Start TF2, close it, then remove '-dxlevel 90' or whatever you put for it in Launch Options. The changes will remain in effect and you can go on from there.
