iOS 7 - Jailbreak?

Ew downloading. I only use that site for when I'm making a video for class or something.
I have had iOS 7 since June on a iPhone 4S.
-I have not noticed a more significant battery drain
-there are some cool new features like the command center, iTunes Radio, etc.
-the new UI looks fantastic. The facebook & AlienBlue apps have updated their UI to match iOS 7 and they look great.
-if you experience battery drain, it is probably due to you not practicing proper battery saving techniques and not actually the phone itself.

i have 2 ipod touches 2g and 3g, i also just got an iphone 4 (upgrades from my 3gs) because my 2 year contract ended 4 days ago. I doubt i dont know proper battery saving.
I experiences battery draining and their are no multitasking apps running in the bg
My battery life has been the same or better since iOS 1.6.
Edit: it could also be due to improper charging habits if the phone is older.
