Invalid steam userid ticket?

Hey I was playing on a skial server and then suddenly it popped up with invalid steam userid ticket and I got disconnected from the server so I just rejoined the server and it worked fine but why did it say Invalid steam userid ticket to me?.

its a known bug valve has yet to fix yet
