Problem solved. internet problemz

only notice this when I play Team Fortress 2 or any other steam game. Basically my internet dramatically slows down for 1 or 2 seconds then goes back to normal over and over while i'm playing. This has just started happening a couple days ago and i have no idea how to fix it.

An educated guess. It's on all servers in both tf2 and gmod I play on and I usually have 20 ping on the Skial Badwater servers so I don't really think it's the server's fault.
