Declined implement !votekick/ban/mute

apparently we have a lot of players who for some weird reason unaware of the !votemenu command, instead typing !votekick, !voteban, and !votemute.

Entire server was going nuts over it, kinda funny hearing all the fuck skial comments since no one was able to to type /votemenu and the chat was filled with !votekick/ban

maybe at the very least we need those to be actual commands to simply display a message that everything is handled through !votemenu
