Hello I have watched your demo, but I am unable to find any cheating in the material that you provided, the player has aimed at people that were visible to him, he readjusted his aim and shot.
 
My demo had too much of him standing in spawn.
Next time I'll get a better demo, cause he was definatly hacking.
Also, he has a VAC ban on his account already, doesn't mean he was hacking now, but it tells a tale
