Ok so I watched both the demos. I'm a little unsure about both the walls and triggerbot. There are some instances where their behavior is very, very suspicious with respect to the wallhack. Some of the spots where this person finds the cloaked spy could be luck or a good guess. There is also a moment where he comes out of spawn and seems to know where a scout is hiding.

I'm going to keep this open for another admin to review.

I am also not sure about the triggerbot thing, but 100 % he has wallhack. That wasnt just luck finding these invis spies, not with that precision he does, and so he does with the scout you say. Lets see what the other admins says

Ok, another admin and I reviewed some slow motion clips. The slow motion made a big difference and I was able to see the wallhack with the scout and another instance of silent-aim (not trigger-bot).

In your first demo "hack.dem," it looks like silent aim at tick 3400 playing at 15% speed. Also, at tick 11250, the way he follows the scout through the boxes.
