I thought so too. Don't know if you can go by the benchmark chart, but according to it, the HD4250 performed 22% worse than the X800.

Your right. Though his problems don't look like a lack of processing power, and I'd be surprised, based on his screenshot, that he would have a lot of trouble running it.
