Batman is one of the worst "Heroes" ever created, im not saying I hate the series or movies around the character, im saying I hate the character. To me he is equal to the villain, by not killing The Joker, batman essentialy allows him to keep murdering civilians. So doesn't that mean he is tantamount to The joker?

He doesn't kill Joker because he believes in the justice system.

Batman lets people live so that he can pummel them repeatedly until the villain can't keep up with dental and medical bills.

The villain has to get a second job and maybe even take out a loan to fix this, and will be kept too busy to commit crimes.

In this, Batman is clearly superior to others because he promotes capitalism.
