i dont know why im banned

ok so i just tried to play on a skial tf2 server and it said i was banned so i came here to try and apeal it but there is no ban post listed for me my steam name is BCS.Alistair. so if an ad min of the server could tell me why im banned and link me to my ban post that would be fantastic.
