I agree with quite literally. everything else in the rules, however. I feel as though this particular one is quite worrying.

Will it be possible to, instead. Edit the rule so that " Playing music is allowed, so long as everyone within the server is okay with it. If somebody has a problem with it. Then they aren't allowed to play music, and are subject to gags, etc. "


And, enforcing the idea that the /ignore command and /votemenu + Gag commands exist would also help to improve the positivity of Skial. So that if they do not desire to listen to that person's music, then they can simply mute them.

We had it like this before, but we still had reports coming in for it, people complained about it. When votemenu fails everyone has to put up with your bullshit. When votemenu fails those who didn't like it will have to mute you client side, put up with your bullshit waiting for the votemenu cool-down, or leave. Your mic spam could drive players away because you find it fun to bother players with your spam. Players are much more likely to just leave a server if the server has a problem they can't deal with.

What you want is to have a chance at being an annoyance as long as possible before getting muted. If someone wants to listen to music while they play they will put on some music on their end and listen to it, not wait for some random to start blaring it over comms. Players getting irritated, calling vote-mutes, and leaving are funny to mic spammers like you. That isn't good for Skial, and as I said. I have no problem issuing mutes going forward with this.

I just don't understand what brain makeup you have to have to feel the need to spam your music over a voice chat. It's the equivalent of someone bringing a boombox onto a bus. Sure, people can ignore you, but you're still an asshole for doing it.

If you want to share your music taste, talk about songs/artists in voice or text chat. I don't think anyone is going to be a new fan of your favorite artist if the first time they hear them is over a shitty sound system blaring over TF2 voice chat.

It seems that, in general, micspam is considered annoying and obnoxious to deal with. While I don't necessarily disagree with that (I myself have ignored several micspammers), I don't think it's always true. Generally, lots of players and I have had a good experience with it in Deathrun EU. I'm not sure if it's possible, but I think having a command that allows you to ignore someone forever, without having to do it everytime the map changes, would be a huge help.

Micspam implies a negative multitude of actions with it, such as earrape, taking over chat, and flooding audio. I see it more as a fine talent. Saying that someone is simply " mad " is gravely unfortunate, and brings light to the kind of people that could be responsible for this rule being added to begin with.

You´re the one who always played music every time overing in vc, and making distraction to RED and Hale. Everyone keeps ignoring you because you played some weird songs and you stole my touhou flan´s theme fuck you. Everytime he loves playing music while he´s playing as hale, and I can´t even damage him with using Force a nature or Baby face blaster, because he micspams music playing all day, and I always ignored him. He needs to be muted forever so he will stop playing music in front of people. Also, How dare you stole herp´s voice from vc Fuck you, and You always make things from any people just wanna play music a lot. And all other reasons goes to devil about you.
