Need Evidence Hyper1024 - vote abuse

Hyper1024 kept spamming that chat stating I was cheating over and over, joining my team only to block my scope/ view as sniper by standing in front of me, and reporting me for hacking. Please ban this member, vote abuse and falsely reporting people for hacking is a serious matter.

You can review his chat history here. They are TF2 Normal, Trade and Custom. After clicking one of the three options click Chat [circled here]. This is his chat history from the past 10 days and can be used as evidence. Additionally, you can record a demo explained more in depth here by Astir.
 
For some reason, his chat records wont come up. Anyway, isn't the evidence I provided enough?
