Need Evidence Hugh G. Rection - ghosting

Checking.
Been on here a little bit, hasn't done anything. When I go to HL stats it gives me a bad gateway.
 
No ghosting in chatlogs. He claims to have been killed by a sniper with an orange hat. A call like that could be mistaken for ghosting, easily.
