How to tell parents about bad grades?

You better fix yourself up and quick. If you do this shit in High School you are screwed for life, ESPECIALLY if you don't do your homework/projects/study.

You can get by without studying if you have the memory for it, but everything else you may wanna do...

Man, since when do they post middle school grades online? Even in high school they came in the mail for me. Also, homework assignments were tracked in a notebook with pen and paper. IM NOT THAT OLD

We still do that. They do post your marks online but still we are given our answer sheets in school, with the marks written in red ink by the teacher on top. You are supposed to add up your marks in the paper, just to check if the teacher totalled your marks right or not. They generally don't make mistakes, but once I did get my marks bumped up from 80 to 90 (out of 100) because the teacher forgot to check a question at the end.

Let's not get carried away here, unless you're going into Ivy league, the only thing most colleges care about nowadays is standardized test scores, so grades don't have much of an impact, especially not middle school ones (But they certainly do help)

Middle School education builds up the base for High school (which is the real thing). If you actually don't do that well in Middle School, its......bad because its eventually going to impact your performance in High School deeply.
