This wonderful book is actually not about being black. It's about being you, whoever you might be. In sharing his life journey, wit, and ruminations, Baratunde helps us see that each of us is on our journey to "blackness."

I once read a book called Black Cool: One Thousand Screams of Blackness. Really cool book, not to be read in public.

It's too late for me, I have become irreversibly and pathetically white long ago.

What the hell is pro-black?

Baratunde is a hilarious guy and you should read this book. He also writes for The Onion. It's like an autobiography, but hilarious.
