its pretty simple u know that elevator in sawmill? basically he sat under the elevator while it lowered and got stuck. we couldnt move onto the next area because hale needed to exit the room. he refused to change team kill himself ect. So basically thats about it
 
And this is why we have the round time limit. If an admin's not on then eventually the time limit should take care of it.
