/hat command don't works

Hi!
I donated and i tried the command /hat but it says "Cannot find your hat. If you are wearing a hat, please report this problem."
i tried: /hat 10 black

If you have a hat produced by the !wear command, it will not work.

 

Nope i don't have a head by the command !wear

 

Maybe i do it wrong? idk :-P
i tried: /hat 10 black
do i need more than that command?
