Got banned by "CONSOLE", willing to know the reason

Hi. I signed up to ask the reason for why im banned.

My old account: http://steamcommunity.com/id/CrashZePotatoMan/ - Which were banned from the server

Account which im using: http://steamcommunity.com/id/CrashBandicoot123321

I got banned today, and the reason says "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP 90.149.86.228.", which means I was banned before. I looked at my old account's reason for ban, it said" gag" which I dont even know what it means

I asked my friend and he said that it means muting someone. I always mute the TF2 sounds and music while im playing becuase I am listening to music, unless I dont have my headphones on. Its so annoying to have sound on on trading servers because of so much unnecesearry sounds.

I am wondering, is that the reason? Can my ban be lifted up?

i think you got banned from one of our old admins who banned people for the fun of it. I will let Bottiger know about this, and hopefully he will get back to you with an answer

Edit: I do not know how Bottiger handles bans in the trade server, but you are known as a Scammer. And i believe bottiger bans people who are known as scammers from the trade servers, but none of the other servers.

That could be why you are banned, if my 1st idea isn't correct.
 
The reason for why I as marked as scammer was a paypal error, which I repaired after a while and got my tag lifted. It was because of paypal limitation which opened all money payment chases, and refuneded to me, whcih I paid back. Can my ban be lifted? I also have +rep from Datastorm on my steamrep.

And if I were banned beause of my tag, it should show as reason.
