Good TF2 Server Host

Yo people, I am looking for a good TF2 server host. I want to host a server for myself and some friends, plus the public. I have about £15 ($23) to spend per month on a 22 or 24 slot server. Can anyone recommend a good host in this price range?

Also what does it mean by "350 FPS"? Is that the highest fps u can get?

from what it sounds like you don't really know what you are doing or how to even host a server. You are better off not wasting your money if you do not know how to utilize it. for only $23 you are going to get the bare minimum. At least the last time i checked thats all that will afford

Thats odd, since the human eye can only get up to like, 120 FPS or something like that.

Its the server fps, it helps things like making it so bullets hit the targets where they are and not where they were, you ever sniped someone and the bullet hit a foot next to him?

No it just helps to smooth out the server
