Idk what you want anyone to say here honestly. TF2 really hasn't changed. if you got bored before you are just going to not like it again.
 
1. One of the most unique FPS games.
2. Wonderful array of gameplay styles
3. Plethora of maps
4. A company that ACTUALLY has good business practices
5. An overall good community that's far better than most gaming communities.

You are correct. CEVO and ESEA are for the really good players who have friends they can play with. It's hard to do it with randoms.
