Admin Experience:I ran 3 servers for a few months but shut them down due to costs. I currently run a steamgroup however that has gained 100 members and counting in 3 weeks: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TF2-T-G

Will you get mad if you lose admin: No, I just want to help new people get to grips with the game and maybe give some presents out to players i see as being helpful. I am quite a big trader so i do this often when im playing. I just did an earbuds giveaway on my steam group.

Additional Information: I am 22, living in cornwall, england. I play games quite often. I like to help other players by giving away items or just giving them tips to play better :)

EDIT: I checked the custom and trade logs as well. No connection there
 
It looks like you only have 2 hours on our servers. You'll need a bunch more connection time and reports from people that play on our servers. You do fill a time zone we don't have as many admins in though.

EDIT: Lord Killington hit the nail on the head.
 
I know, this is my second acc. My old one got hacked about 2 months ago. About half my items were stolen and I was vac banned. But I had a lot more connection time. I'll post a link to that profile.

But still, with the little bit of connection time, your not gonna have many agrees. Try to make yourself known on the forum, make some friends, get to know our server regulars.
 
I have a lot of connection time, I'm just trying to get the hlstats link for my other profile. Cause that was my acc until a month ago

Ye I will. Friendly is good in my opinion :).
But yeah I had a LOT more connection time on my old acc. It got hacked and about half my items stolen. I traded what I had left to this acc and started my steam group. It gained 30 members in the first day and now has 100. I did an earbuds giveaway today and I regularly post game tips. (earbuds are pretty rare)
But yeah I aim to help people and help them enjoy themselves. If I see someone being nice or helpful on any server, I often give them a refined.
If anyone wants some stuff let me know :)

That can't be right, I played on your servers all the time. Like, at LEAST half of my 150 hrs.
Why does it think I only have 1 hr?
Also, how much connection time would I need for a successful application.

There's been people with 20 Days of Connection that have been turned down.

I'll keep this thread open so that people can still say if they think I should be an admin but at the end of the day I can still be helpful and friendly without being an admin :)

the app is based on how well the community knows you and how you act here and in game.
this is a personal pet peeve, but high end trading should be done in a trade server. (this does not affect app)
Since you don't seem to be well known yet -1.
 
No I dont usually trade in-game.
I just put trades on tf2 outpost and wait. But most of the time I play normally. Way more fun than seeing how far I can jump on a trade server :P

I don't advertise my trades on normal servers

I don't trade on normal servers, I just use tf2 outpost.
I find that it can be rlly annoying when someone is spamming the chat trying to sell stuff.
I try to be as kind and considerate of others as I can.

I rlly need a new avatar :P

I have to say everyone here seems really nice :)
If I don't become an admin this time I'll play more and get to know ppl better. Then maybe I'll apply later.
