Declined Forward Voteban:Hacking to the report sections

If possible would be neat to do.
Have the same features posted as any sent !report threads.
Why? Chances are people votebann'd for hacking were banned because they didn't know about !report or any admins.
Eg.
Recently banned player

Chances are hes a hacker and should be perma'd.
Probably more of people like these that slip under the radar because these votebans aren't being brought under the admin's eyes unless specifically searching.

And it would take all of 2 seconds for an admin to click his included HLStats and see if his stats are overly suspicious. Or show us /voteban abusers, if they make these votes on unconfirmed hackers often enough.

I don't think this should be lumped into the same forum as reports, but a new section which records votes might have some use.
