Flyers Hockey - Racisit

Well he did say slaves a lot, but he never said the N word or anything.
 
Although I don't recall Flyers Hockey being specifically racist, his friends 'Teams are fine' and 'HyperViper' often make racist declarations on mic.

I was going to get a demo and report Flyers and Teams are Fine on the separate issue of vote-kick-spamming. It seems flyers, despite his KDR, will only play on the winning team. He snipes from the back. If his team starts to lose, and he can't switch, he'll vote to 'kick for afk' someone from the winning team, simply so he can join. The vote often passes before anyone even considers if these people are AFK or not. I've seen this vote pass 3-4 times within half an hour.

I remember being on turbine and this happened a few months ago. Only seems to happen on turbine....

So yeah, nothing new. I reminded him that he was admin muted the last time he did it and he stopped only to roll into:

His reasoning is that since his points are low he must be afk. (People saw the person running around and playing).(I think he tried maybe 2 times before I called him out)

he left after the server got confrontational about him trying to voteban someone that was playing.
 
any race can be slaves.
if he said something like "get owned, nigger slaves" then that'd be racist

Defamation of character. And yeah, you won't find a demo of this, "Rhi" because I don't change my team as often as this caricature of my personality would have you believe. Lordthree doesn't like me, and that's fine since I don't really care for him. At the same time, what am I supposed to do to disprove of this thoughtless mud-slinging? Tell everyone "No! I don't change teams all the time and abuse the vote manager to unbalance the teams on purpose?" How do I prove myself innocent? I can't. It's almost impossible. However, there is no evidence or gamelog that would prove me guilty, so I stand on the platform that this is just shit-talking scrubbery.
Show proof of any of this, and I'll answer for it. Unless you can't- at which point I invite you to shut the fuck up. Is there a way to see how many dominations I have in your server? Because that would actually work in my favor in the face of these baseless accusations; If I stayed on a team long enough to get 4 dominations (as I am known to do), I definitely couldn't have just changed teams. ALSO- are you all aware of the frequency of votescrambles in Turbine? If I was REALLY upset, and I wanted to change to the winning team, I would be far less obvious if I just called a votescramble rather than trying to ban someone (which almost never works, even on mic-spamming trolls who I DO try to ban without remorse). I don't discriminate between teams, if a player is idle for a long time, he's a target for a vote. He's a waste of a space, 1 player of 32 who doesn't need to be there. As far as my motivations behind the vote, aside from opening up a new slot for someone else? Pure character assassination. Utterly indefensible for me, and fuck anyone who joins in a witch hunt led by a biased jerk-off with an imaginary score to settle.

I'll close with something Bottiger said once: "If someone is bypassing the AFK manager by not being placed in spectator after 5 minutes they should be reported and/or banned temporarily.
They unbalance teams which tends to cause servers to empty out."
