after a long week of my internet randomly dropping connecting for hours. I found out the problem.
first off. my modem died. so i had brighthouse send me a new one. When he did he replaced it with a 2-in-1 modem/router. And decided to not tell me. He just plugged it in, and left.
So this whole time, i had two routers with the exact same ip's. :facepalm:
I even bought a new router because i thought my router was bad...
