Approved [FF2] Replace Nepgear with Plutia

I thought it would've been fun to have another Neptunia boss but I felt like when I was making the boss it was somewhat similar to Nepgear. I thought about it and instead of having two similar bosses, maybe we could just replace one for the other.
So what makes this boss similar to replace Nepgear? Plutia has 2 rages that do function like nepgears 2 rages. Mainly resisting damage and getting minicrits. Instead of getting a sniper rifle, Plutia can explode like what a sentry buster can do. Both can also transform using their R ability. More specific details can be found on my alliedmodders page with a video showcase.
I think some of you might be glad that Plutia has much more voice lines and no weird backstab noise like Nepgear that most people disliked.

I specifically made this version to be less storage intensive coming around 19 mbs with the bzip2 files being 12 mbs.

Note for bottiger: To remove Nepgear's files, remove all folders that are named "hyperdimension_neptunia"

We've had Nepgear for so long, and honestly, with the fact that her reload ability lasts forever if you keep getting kills, as well as the fact that trying to find her sniping you from a rooftop on Urban Works or something is boring, I like this more confrontational boss and I think it would be a good replacement since she's from the same series that Nepgear is anyway.
