Hello, I come to you with some balance changes to some weapons and some bosses.

Weapon Changes:
-> SMG now has minicrits instead of crits. The SMG still retains its 20% damage bonus.
-> Removing the crits off the pistol. Since giving the weapons mini crits caused the sentry to have them, decided to give it the standard FF2 Logic and give it a 20% damage bonus.

Boss Changes:
Buffs:

-> Doom: Item spawn rate is now 8 seconds. Also a buff to his shotgun and rocket launcher which both now have a 30% damage bonus.
-> Handsome Jack: Melee now deals 202 damage. Invisibility Rage now costs 60.
-> Predator: Rage cannon now deals 90 damage.
-> The Rock: The rock now moves at 390hu during rage.
-> Solid Snake: Now does 50 percent more damage to buildings. This is due to snake not having much power against buildings. Also buffed his rage so the blackout time is 4 seconds instead 2.

Nerfs:
-> Painis Cupcake: Nerfed the health gain on kill from 3% to 1%.
-> One Punch Man: Nerfed his rage. Now he moves at 350hu during his rage and the fire rate is now 40% instead of 60%.
-> Darth Vader: Minions have been nerfed to have a weapon firing speed of 40%, instead of 60%.
-> Mario: Increased his rage damage to be 6000, used to be 3000.

+1 I agree with everything except for the snake buff and the rocket launcher buff since it basically one shots
