Approved [FF2] Add Globama

[Doktoberfest]

after a month of just sitting and making memes globama is finally done.
besides having a giant head his entire head is his head hitbox. trust me i checkedhe
has 3 rages :

• Head Raid: basicly easter bunnies rage, but instead of eggs its globama heads
• Hells Bells: low grav, globama gets buffed and gets a bigger head
• Hellish Rebuke: basicly a debuff costs 20 rages gives people close to him minicrits and mad milk

other than that hes pretty simple moves as fast as shrek, but with a bit more health. (because of his giant head)
