Approved [FF2] Abe rework balancing

    I've been gathering information about Abe this week so I can release a balance update for him.
    • Health formula changed from 730+n to 630+n. Due to his amazing mobility, his health needed a nerf. Now with 20 reds, you get 20k hp
    • Weapons stolen now have increased building damage. Abe is too weak against sentries. Even 1 sentry in a camp spot can kill the boss. Rockets and Pills do 250, the minigun and syringe gun does 27 damage, the revolver does 100 now with 8 ammo, The shotgun and scattergun does 150 damage, the sniper rifle does 300 on a full charge, and the flamethrower does 19 damage with 20 ammo now.
    • Fixed the flamethrower flame particles (dang attributes)
    • Now does 100 damage to buildings instead of 150
