Need Evidence [F2P]eevhe2.0 - Chat Spam

Looks like he has been vote silenced several times today, so maybe they were trying to report him for mic spam, not chat spam (as chat spam is invalid). I am marking this "Need Evidence" for mic spam, but chat spam is invalid.
