was ruining this guys shit in-game, he called me out with names and shit, told him to get better a few times of the course of the game, guy got mad at one point and decided to mute me for whatever reason and then spend the entirety of the game saying "lol u mad"-esque comments.

this happened in the past as well but i'll just start collecting screenshots of him now, it's getting annoying not being able to tell this guy to calm down.
 
1, you started it. 2, without a screenshot of more than one vote your outta luck. 3, You can't ban people for talking smack in a vigya game.
 
1. can you present anything at all that says i started "something" that warrants getting votemuted? i didn't instigate shit. 2. irrelevant, you can have a screenshot of all votes saying yes and the vote can still fail, the point is that he misused the votemenu to simply spite me, that's against the rules. 3. i'm not trying to get him banned for talking smack, his smack talking is only indicative that he used the votemenu to simply get people "mad" (in his words, which is ill-justice).

he made several votes in the past against me so i know i can expect more if i don't quit his shit. also i'm not going to be mr charismatic friendly if all he does is give me shit and starts bullshit votes against me.

i can live with negative response, votemenu abuse on the other hand...........................

It's only abuse if it happens more then once at a given time. He made 1 vote today and it passed.

It would be easier to get something done if you don't start it and now you see why it annoyed us when you were behaving like this..

imo you have no case here to stand ground on..
 
My opinion is that is that "Enter Name Here" only called one vote. We don't know if it was justified or not. We have your chat log maybe he felt like since you were typing something in chat once every few seconds that that could be spam. I don't disagree. Maybe you were spamming over the mic. I am marking 'Needs Evidence" but will leave it open briefly in case this mysterious "further proof" comes forward.

To be honest most players would quickly press the first option so as to get the menu off of the screen. As you can see nobody else made a passing comment like "Yes, pr1mus does deserve this votemute.", only -Enter Name Here-. From this I can assume that most people mindlessly pressed the first option, as per usual with any vote on any server.
