No matter the language we speak, I hope you get to enjoy your day with our own Moms. For encouraging us to be mindful/truthful in being the best of ourselves and to learn from those 'mistakes' we may make.
I believe our Mom's is alive in spirit and in our hearts. Sorry for your loss and take care of yourself.treasure your mothers you only have one. i wish mine was still here.
Don't let your past dictate your future, write your own script is all I can say. You;ve got a lot of living to do.Mines a bit of a mess
She was never the most stable woman, but she did as much as she could for me and my brothers. It got to the point where she got arrested for obstructing Social Services for getting involved with myself, and when Social Services DID get hold of me, they basically almost always let her down.
Used to know her as an aunty not a mother until she passed when I was about 8. Only about two years ago did I get to really know her better. Social Services never did me any good either. They'd always restrict me from seeing family and, like said, never even really knew my mother until two years ago, at the age of 24
I will confess to treating my mother badly which was very wrong for me to do. So my best advice is to be kind to your mother. Don't be like me. Be better.
