Declined Edit the Cash | High-end name

Suggesting an edit to "Cash & Items | High-end" since the name is somewhat misleading. When people look at it they just think it's cash only and does not include unusuals/other items

Just today I had to remind someone that the "other games" section isn't a place to trade your crowns for TF2 items.
People are going to post their threads in the wrong locations no matter what.
