Cannot change loadout weapons, item server is being bad

I to been having issue have to actually reconnect to the server to have my items change, at first I thought it was just me and the item server was bad. I guess not

I sent in the report hoping for some sort of a server reboot to see if it will fix the issue. But it could be just the recent updates. Who knows...
