It starts at tick 2100 in the file, and Duck Duck steps on the platform momentarily to 'activate it'. He killed atleast 1 person with it.
Later on down the demo file it shows that Duck Duck griefs the green platform in the back. I know Themselves ([U:1:224094242]) is griefing, but I'll make a report for that too.
