Somewhat Threatening Sniper
This map has many problems on it and its creator has explicitly stated they're not interested in coming back to the map to fix them. Without these issues being fixed, the map can be exploited every time it's picked.
Major game-breaking bugs:
- The motivator often breaks by activating too early or getting stuck in walls.
- The motivator can be avoided easily, stalling out games.
- In the subway station standing in a specific spot can cause the instakill laser to get stuck and be undodgeable. I've only seen this happen once but it could potentially be recreated.
- At the start, there is a parkour section which can be griefed by standing on a specific spot on a disappearing platform. This is easy to do and only makes players attempting to play the map frustrated.
- Through a secret, a teleport and the motivator can be avoided entirely, making the map stall until the timer runs out or a voteslay occurs. The secret isn't available every round, but it can still break the map when it is.
Other minor problems:
- The freerun button doesn't disable one trap, letting Hale activate it without consequence.
- The Simon Says minigame drags on for far too long with a competent Hale, often resulting in a stalemate where neither side wins.
- The Breaking Point minigame is essentially Russian roulette with no player input, often just wasting time with a predetermined outcome.
- Latespawning during any minigame will cause them to break since the player who spawned isn't teleported.
- There are spots where players can get stuck, such as in the construction area (on the edge of a container/inside of the ambulance).
TL;DR There are many issues with this map, some major, that aren't being updated. This map isn't a good one to keep in rotation in its current state.
