He's saying CT maps bad because:
1. Outdated design (long, hard to juke instant traps).
2. No high production value like Playstation or Cybertower.
And later just rambles about raiders exploits, skips, etc. First point is true, but I disagree with the second point. A map's quality isn't just production value/visuals. I still think it should be added because it is definitely better than the corridor slop like lazytown.
>Early 2000's
One of first deathrun map (not on tf2 actually but CS:S) was made in January 21st, 2007.
I don't think during that time, it peaked. I believe deathrun peaked in 2016. Whatever I can't tell, but If you had a best time with deathrun then It's peak for you enough.
>death run maps peaked in the early 2000's(?) and we should only copy them.
Translate this for me. Do you mean we should copy the low quality CS maps? No thanks, and considering this map doesn't look like 2000s or CS to me.
>the problem is some the rest of the map is a meme corridor then the bolder/parkour segment then memes corridor all the way to the end
I got bored playing a map that doesn't really have memes however I would consider diddy's deathrun map to be the best meme map.
If I see a low-quality map, I'm guessing it's a shitpost or meme map though. However, this map doesn't look like a meme map. Nor is it a shitpost map, I think that's a okay meme map. Not actually bad though
Edit: I believe the raiders map do need some improvements. However, it's still a okay deathrun meme map.
