Approved [DR] Bring back dr_hawk_tuah

Cream Tea explicitly stated that dr_hawk_tuah was meant to be a normal map for the rotation despite being uploaded on April Fool's Day. We made the map based on an inside joke from the server back in January, and some people were actually enjoying it. Seeing it gone from the map rotation after only 2 DAYS shows how much this server has gone to shit, especially with recent events that have caused him to leave Skial entirely. I don't give a flying FUCK if it's a "joke map", it was never meant to be a one-day thing like dr_deez_nuts. Just think of it as a brainrot version of dr_ancient_memes, because chances are it's the last piece of Cream Tea that you'll ever see on the server.

I'm taking a stand to have this map re-added and make things right. Bring the boys back home.

1+ I have personaly talked with one of the contribuitors to the project and i can say,the map didnt deserve to be removed just because the factor that it was added in april fools day alot of love has been put into the map and it cannot go into waste.
