Approved donators unaffected by votemenu?

some guy called a votemute on me (wasn't really sure why, when people asked him about it he said it was because i was a faggot multiple times, he also called me a hacker a few times yesterday), tried to give him some of his own stupid medicine; then i found out that you couldn't start votes against this person.

he then said i was spamming after my 30 minutes passed, i have a 1-second clip of a guy saying "Ooooh" i play sometimes, i played it once and he started the votemute for that; even though during the last 2 hours or so, a lot of people have been talking non-stop on their mics about how gay the map was.

is being immune to the votemenu some sort of donator incentive or something? could i suggest not being immune would be a fair change?

they already have benefits, unusual hats of their choices; reserved slot in the server (if i'm not mistaken), being able to take a class whose class limit has already been reached, some other stuff (immune to afk kicker, also some sort of message that making the entire server aware that you have joined the server, all AP perks. probably some other trivial stuff i'm forgetting which 'benefits' should all be about).

it's expected that people that donate also have to follow the rules, with that in mind i don't understand why they get immunity; the person in question is breaking the rules and regulars players can't do anything about it due to said immunity. another admin told me he's susceptible to votebans and votemutes himself.

it's kinda dumb to give people immunity, it just gives people the means (in this case) to start stupid, unnecessary votes and call people "faggot" repeatedly, (not that i really care about getting called a faggot a dozen times, but it's against the rules.) without any repercussions from doing so (until i take the liberty to report it, but i'll wait for more votemenu abuse because i don't regard people that call each other gay highly enough to try and get them banned over it).

i recall mentioning a certain map was gay, but that was due to a mix of dislike and there are actually pictures of gay men kissing eachother that kill you, also there's an erect cock that chases you around the map and another picture of a semi-naked guy that repeatedly pelvic thrusts you to death (with his wang). think i'm joking? i'm honestly truthing here

There are no class limits on skial servers. People that donate do have to follow the rules. No donors are not immune to the votemenu.

there's a 4-slot scout and engineer limit on the VSH server at least, donors can use a fifth slot. and if donors aren't immune to votemenu, how come they don't show up on the votemenu?

yes, when i joined the server i brought up the player-list and he was still there, i took three screenshots of all three votemenu pages, plus an extra screenshot of the playerlist after i browsed though the votemenu pages to show he was still on the server.

also i'm pretty sure donors can use a reserved limited class-slot, that could be the only explanation why sometimes there are 5 people playing scout or 5 people playing engineer.
 
I understand that all these rates are irrelevant. Nevertheless, I would kindly ask you to explain, Jwso, what exactly did you disagree with? Maybe you could explain why donator was not on the Votemenu list? If that is the case - then hit us! If you can not - then what your disagreement is based on?
Anyhow, I'd like to understand the reasoning behind your rate.

For anyone that still thinks Primus just some how fucked up, the guy still didn't show up on the !votemenu list today and yes, he was still on the server.

Two non-contributors who can't initiate a vote against a contributor. You're a contributor and you can initiate a vote against another contributor.

I think the system has glitched big time, so I agree with PsychoRealm that Bottiger is probably the only one who can really say anything about this. Also, have a rainbow.
