Does anyone have tips on how to actually stop smoking marijuana?
I know it's legal and shit now here, but I really want to stop. While it does help me go to bed early (Often sleep before midnight rather than 2am), the munchies are just too much for me to handle. I can't stop eating every night, and since I want to lose weight, to keep smoking isn't the best idea.
I don't think I'm addicted, but it's just that I got the rhythm of smoking every night, then go down, get a few unhealthy snacks, then come back up to my room. It's been going on for almost 2 years, and while I've never been skinny, it's definitely made my case worst and I just want to stop for now. The only reasons I've stopped smoking for between a week and 2 at a time was either when my girlfriend came over or when I went to France this Christmas.
It's weird, I mean, in the morning, I see all the food wrappers that's on my desk and feel like shit, but then in the afternoon I start looking forward to smoking that night, and already start thinking about what snacks I could prepare. It just has to stop.
Edit: At first, I did mainly for the thrill of knowing it was illegal and how mad my family would get if they found out, but now it's just a bad routine. I'm planning on breaking that routine slowly, smoke every 2-3 days only, then every week, but I also want to start integrating going to the gym in that routine so I'm not sure how that's going to work out
TL;DR: How does leToxik stop smoking that fattening weed?
