Before this he "bumped" into me twice, once when I was in a corner then again when his team lost me but he just kept stabbing at me while I was invisible.
Black Templar agreed as well that he is wall hacking as DOC kept killing him while they were invisible.

2500-4100 He bumps into while he and I are invisible as spy then decloaks around the corner and comes back as Stardust then makes it look like he "bumps" into me again but backs off since I did say I'm suspicious of him earlier
8500-9700 When I go into his spawn and sit on the staircase he comes out of spawn and again tries to make it look he'll legitly bump into me but once again he backs off.
*Keep in mind, I'm not even killing anyone at this point, I'm just running around trying to record him and there's only like one other spy on my team and he's a spy himself so he had no reason to suspect I was at his spawns staircase.*
13200-14300 Once again he comes out of spawn and immediately starts shooting at the staircase for no reason.
He also already has a ban record on his profile.
