Disney Buys out LucasFilms

I don't know what to think about this. I'm a big SW fan, and Disney just buying it sounds a little iffy. I mean, if they re-release all the movies in Dis-D, I'll be legit mad about it.
However, Disney isn't that bad at making movies. If they go past the original trilogy and prequel, do research on the books and do what they usually do, I think Disney will be succesful in creating films about all of the various eras in Star Wars history.
I would love to see how they can bring in major events, like Darth Bane's rise, and the Yuuzhon Vong war, I hope they do something like this.
