Approved Disable zombies being infected on warmup

When the map is loads and is on warmup, no zombies should be autoed
That way we can avoid going through a minute of just being stuck in zombies in warmup, it's pretty unappealing to new players as well

Lots of new players get overwhelmed on some maps warmups because of this and leave before the map even starts because they think its broken
