Even though when you first equip this weapon, you move slower than a demoman, shooting Hale twice will make you run TWICE as fast as him, and it's impossible to kill any scouts using this weapon.

How fast does Hale run? You need 100 dmg to get maximum boost. You run slower than a demo initially so it's probably easy to pick them off right in the beginning.

not really easy to pick them off at the beginning. the scouts can just pistol hale to get the speed boost. then run sanik speed away

Whenever I play scout I tend to sandman-stun Hale and get a few shots in just as the round begins. I imagine that would seal the deal.
 
I'm sure they will update the VSH mod with nerfs to the weapon soon.

The same thing happened when Holiday Punch came out.
 
I completely back this idea. It is extremely broken in VSH and regular SH, and we need to remove it as we did other extremely broken weapons ASAP.
 
aw man i'm gonna miss that gun if they nerf it, or remove it like they did with eureka effect...:ohno: i like having to actually AIM at saxton, rather than just point and shoot...
