We can't keep pretending that age is not a factor in admin applications. Let's face it, we're not going to allow an 11 years old kid to be in a position of power on the Skial servers, so why don't we decide on a minimum age for admin applications?

I think that, as long as one gets +reps from the regulars of a server then they should be allowed in. Obviously, it's up to the current admins to decide who should get in, and I really do think it should be based on maturity and recommendations, not age.
It doesn't matter how you guys look at this or what your opinion is. There is no way we can verify a persons age when they post their application. Putting this as a requirement would be pointless.

I think it should just boil down to how mature the person is, ie does he frequently fight with people, does he grief the server, etc.
As Bottiger has it in the guidelines, you need lots of people to support you, need good connection time, and you need approval from other admins/Bottiger. If someone can do that at the age of 14/15, then why not give them admin?
